Yes, registration on the PrizePinger prize draw portal ("PrizePinger") is completely free of charge. Moreover, you can always delete your personal details at any time.

2.Are there any extra charges after registering on PrizePinger?

There are no extra costs for participating in the sponsored prize draws on PrizePinger. Any extra charges on promotions will be clearly stated for the user before entering a prize draw. Therefore the user is within his/her rights to decline paying extra charges on promotions at the point of participation.

3.How can I create an account at PrizePinger?

You can create an account by clicking the Register link in the top navigation. At the end of the registration process we will send you an email to the account you provided. You have to click the activation link in that mail, otherwise the registration process won't be completed.

4.How will I know if and what I've won?

Every prize draw will be conducted either by Maximiles or by the sponsoring company and this will be explained in the special terms and conditions for that prize draw. Each company is responsible for the correct drawing and delivery of the prizes. So the company conducting the prize draw will contact you in case you've won something.

5.What is the PrizePinger Bonus Bonanza?

The PrizePinger Bonus Bonanza is a special draw. All you have to do to earn points towards the PrizePinger Bonus Bonanza is open and click on the emails you receive from PrizePinger. Every time you open an email, you will receive points. Click on the email and you will receive even more. You will start at stage 1, and the more points you have, the higher you progress (stage 1 to stage 4). As soon as you reach Level 2, you are automatically entered in to the PrizePinger Bonus Bonanza prize draw which will be drawn every 3 months. At the bottom of every email there is an unsubscribe link. Simply click on this link and follow the instructions. You can also login to your account and follow the unsubscribe link. After unsubscribing, it will take a few days for your email address to be removed from our mailing list.

6.What can I do if I forgot my password?

Below each login box is a link "forgot password". Follow it to receive a new password quickly and easily. Just enter the email address that you used when you registered your PrizePinger account and request a new password. You'll then receive an email with a new password that you may change at any time in the member's area.

7.How can I change my personal information / profile?

You can change all the personal data you provided during your registration in the members area of PrizePinger.

8.Will I be notified about new sponsored prize draws?

In the members area you can select for which categories you want to receive email messages about new lotteries.

9.Every time I return to PrizePinger I have to log in again. Is it possible to setup an auto-login?

This problem is probably caused by the cookie settings of your web browser. To change your Internet Explorer cookie settings proceed as follows: go to "tools", "internet options" and select the "privacy" tab. Move the slider to "medium" settings. These setting will allow automatic login at PrizePinger and still keep you safe from harmful cookies. Other browsers might require a slightly different procedure to change the cookie settings.
